Kalmadi arrested by CBI in CWG scam case - IBNLive.com -: "Congress MP Suresh Kalmadi has been arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for irregularities in a Commonwealth Games corruption case.
He has been arrested under Sections 120 B and 420 (criminal conspiracy and cheating) of the Indian Penal Code in the Commonwealth Games Time Scoring Equipment scam.CBI spokesperson Dharini Mishra said that Kalmadi has been arrested for irregularities in the Time Scoring contract. Kalmadi will be produced in the Patiala Court on Tuesday."
